These terms apply when you buy a digital product from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Core Concepts runs this website and the shop at my.coreconcepts.design. You can reach us at team@coreconcepts.design.

What we sell

We sell website templates as digital downloads. There is no physical product. Each product page describes what is included and links to a live demo so you can see how it behaves before you buy.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid for on our shop at my.coreconcepts.design. Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout, and any taxes that apply are shown before you pay.

Payment is taken in full when you order. It is a one-time payment and there is no subscription.

Delivery

After payment you receive an email with a download link, and the files are also available from your shop account. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Licence

Your use of a template is covered by our Licence, which forms part of these terms. In short: one purchase covers one website.

Updates and support

Each purchase includes 12 months of free updates and six months of email support. Support covers setup questions and bugs in the template. It does not cover custom development, hosting problems or changes you have made to the code.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details are on our Refund policy page.

What we do not promise

Templates are provided as they are shown in their live demos. We work hard to keep them free of bugs, but we cannot promise that a template will suit every purpose, work with every hosting setup or keep working unchanged as browsers and third-party software change.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
