About Vael

Vael is a storefront template for clothing labels and small fashion brands. Bone paper, ink black and one warm red, set in a narrow editorial serif. It is a working shop front end rather than a picture of one: visitors can filter the collection, change colours, open a product, fill a bag, apply a promo code and add a whole outfit in one go.

Every product picture is drawn in code and re-tinted for each colourway, so there is no photography to license before you launch, and your own photos drop in with one line per product. The catalogue, prices, sizes, stock and copy live in one content file. Payment is left for you to connect to Shopify, Stripe or another checkout, at one clearly marked function.

Perfect for

  • Fashion labels
  • Clothing brands
  • Boutiques
  • Accessories shops

Features

  • Filterable collection. Category chips, a size-in-stock filter, an on-sale toggle and sorting, with saved items as their own filter.
  • Product sheet. Slides in over the page with colour, size, quantity, fabric, fit and care, and two pieces that pair with it.
  • Bag that remembers. A drawer with quantities, a free-shipping meter, a promo code and live totals, kept between visits.
  • Size finder. A chest measurement and fit preference give a size, which is then preselected across the whole shop.
  • Shop the look. Three outfits on a dark stage. Choose a size per piece and add the whole look at once.
  • Drawn products. Seven garment drawings tinted per colourway stand in for photos. Swap in your own images when you have them.
